What you will do

• Transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information through data modeling and analytics solutions.
• Design scalable data models that handle growing size and complexity.
• Develop and deploy analytics solutions using Databricks and complementary technologies to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through complex technology requirements, compiling ambiguous information into tactical action plans.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Strong experience in reading, writing, debugging, and tuning SQL queries.
• Deep knowledge of relational data modeling and architectural thinking for scalable, maintainable data models.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and at least one of: Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or similar platforms.
• High professionalism, organization, self-motivation, adaptability, creativity, clear communication, proactivity, and team orientation.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry knowledge and experience.
• Experience in C#, Python, or general programming.
• Familiarity with SQL Server hardware/software best practices.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure).
