Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support CTMS data integration for patient records, visit history, and financial data.
• Reconcile sponsor payments, invoices, and study-level financials.
• Build new studies in CTMS, ensure data accuracy, develop reports.
• Perform virtual and on-site systems training for new staff.
• Support new site onboarding with CTMS setup and data migration.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, finance, and site teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States.
• Proficiency with CTMS platforms (Clinical Conductor).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Understanding of clinical research billing and sponsor payments.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site clinical research network, data migration, systems integration, or site start-up.
