What you will do

• Lead global payroll strategy and operations for 6,000+ employees across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
• Manage a distributed team of 13 payroll professionals, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ADP GlobalView (SAP) and ADP Celergo platforms.
• Establish global payroll governance, SOX controls, and ensure compliance with GDPR and regional labor laws.
• Partner with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal to align payroll with business objectives.
• Manage outsourced payroll vendors and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or Finance (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive payroll experience, with 5-8 years leading global payroll in multinational companies.
• 5+ years of experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Proven experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP) and ADP Celergo in complex environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll system migrations (e.g., UKG/Kronos to ADP).
• Deep knowledge of payroll regulations in the US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or international payroll certifications.
• Experience with publicly traded companies and SOX-compliant environments.
