What you will do

• Identify inefficiencies in V&V workflows and support initiatives to transform process performance and reduce rework.
• Analyze system-level interactions to ensure alignment across requirements, design, and testing activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of automation and tools using data-driven outcome assessment.
• Implement AI tools within V&V workflows to increase the reliability and transparency of engineering outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of improved engineering approaches.
• Prepare and maintain V&V records in strict accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in Verification & Validation or Systems Engineering within a regulated industry.
• Practical experience applying AI applications (predictive analytics, data classification, or automation) to engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Jira) and data science environments (Python, MATLAB, Jupyter).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Sydney, NSW, Australia

• Experience specifically within the medical devices industry.
