What you will do

• Design, support, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud capabilities.
• Develop solution architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to call routing, IVR, and other contact center features.
• Mentor users and lead training sessions on effectively applying Genesys Cloud features.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Craft and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience with Genesys Cloud or similar contact center technologies.
• Post-secondary education in an IT-related program or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong expertise in Genesys routing, IVR, call flows, scripting, analytics, and APIs.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
