Customer Success Associate (Cyber): Drive hirify.global product adoption, renewal, and usage among EMEA customers with an accent on building strategies for account growth across Private Sector clients. Focus on designing scalable programs for workflow integration, maintaining relationships through demonstrations and check-ins, and leveraging data-driven metrics for retention and expansion.

Location: UK - Remote (this role is based in the UK)

What you will do

  • Expand product adoption and drive customer outcomes including renewals and high satisfaction within your portfolio.
  • Design and implement scalable programs to integrate Pulse into customer workflows aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Develop relationships through briefings, demos, training, playbooks, and regular check-ins.
  • Act as Cyber platform expert to support organizational goals and advanced outcomes.
  • Collect feedback and recommend improvements to engineering and product teams.
  • Leverage metrics and reporting to manage risks and opportunities for retention and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 3 years enterprise SaaS customer success/account management for corporate accounts
  • Knowledge/experience with public information and real-time alerting for Private Sector organizations
  • Outstanding communication of complex concepts to technical/non-technical audiences and leaders
  • High accountability and ability to execute independently on multiple projects/deadlines
  • Proficiency in other European languages advantageous
