What you will do

  • Maintain high ticket resolution rates within Asana SLAs for critical incidents.
  • Manage macOS and Windows device fleet compliance using Jamf and Intune.
  • Handle accurate access and license provisioning and deprovisioning for employees.
  • Automate recurring manual processes using Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script.
  • Develop and maintain a technical knowledge base to reduce Level 1 ticket volume.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of technical support experience within startup environments.
  • Mastery of hybrid infrastructures (macOS/Windows) and Cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents in Google Workspace and MDM.
  • English: B1 level or higher required for technical documentation and communication with global vendors.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis using system logs and network metrics.
