What you will do

• Serve as techno-functional SME for Oracle EBS modules including Procurement (iProc, PO, RCV) and Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Drive solution design, architecture, implementation, and thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Lead techno-functional solutioning for RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Implement AI/ML use cases, automation, and data-driven decision-making in Procurement and Finance.
• Conduct impact assessments, performance tuning, code reviews, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor global teams on technical and domain best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 Procurement and Financials.
• Strong background in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics industries.
• Expertise in Procurement and Finance business processes, functional configurations, RICEW development, integrations, data migration, and APIs.
• Hands-on with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Web ADI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Workflow Builder, OAF.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML, ETL, RPA, analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Databricks).
• Experience with Concur, Esker, Oracle certifications (EBS, Cloud, OIC).
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
