PAM Lead (CyberArk)

TL;DR

PAM Lead (CyberArk): Leading and maturing enterprise Privileged Access Management capabilities across IT and OT/SCADA environments with an accent on CyberArk platform administration and privileged credential governance. Focus on designing least privilege models, integrating CyberArk with enterprise platforms, and ensuring regulatory compliance in highly regulated sectors.

Location: Hybrid in Lutz/Tampa, FL (4 days onsite / 1 remote). Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.

What you will do

• Lead administration, engineering, and operational ownership of the CyberArk PAM platform (CPM, PSM, Vault, EPM).
• Design and manage privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, credential rotation, and session monitoring.
• Implement and refine Least Privilege and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models.
• Integrate CyberArk with Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and various Windows/Linux platforms.
• Support PAM controls across OT/ICS/SCADA environments, including operational servers and infrastructure devices.
• Develop governance controls and provide evidence for SOX and NERC CIP regulatory audits.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or PAM engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with CyberArk administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Least Privilege principles and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder eligible for conversion.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale PAM environments and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• CyberArk Defender or Sentry certifications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
• Experience supporting OT/ICS/SCADA or critical infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with ServiceNow and automation workflows.
