What you will do

• Collaborate with Yield Analysis, Device, and Defect Engineers to meet yield and reliability requirements.
• Define and establish process flow, procedures, and equipment for new devices and products.
• Conduct experiments to fully characterize processes throughout the development cycle.
• Lead the integration of customer roadmaps into the fabrication process as a primary fab contact.
• Manage yield optimization efforts and New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmaps.
• Interface between product divisions, process engineering, and OSAT teams to deliver qualification milestones.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials) or Science (Physics, Optics/Photonics).
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor and/or silicon photonics process technology.
• 2+ years of experience in advanced data analysis (using JMP, GAJT, and/or SQL), SPC, and DOE principles.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in Optics, Photonics, SiP, Lasers, or III/V compound.
• 1+ years of experience with process integration roles in silicon photonics or other semiconductor technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
