Salary: $190,280 – $285,000 per annum

What you will do
- Build and manage a high-performing team of application engineers across multiple sites and time zones.
- Lead application support for high-speed SerDes IPs (NRZ, PAM4, up to 224G+) for PCIe, Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and other protocols.
- Direct the development of evaluation kits, reference designs, application notes, and technical collateral.
- Serve as the senior technical interface between Central Engineering and 's Business Units (Networking, Storage, Compute, Automotive, Custom ASIC).
- Engage directly with key customers and partners on design reviews and system performance optimization.
- Collaborate with design, DSP, and physical design teams to ensure IPs are production-ready and deployable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct people management and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in high-speed SerDes architecture and analog/mixed-signal circuits.
- Hands-on background in post-silicon bring-up, lab characterization, and signal integrity using oscilloscopes, BERTs, and VNAs.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed interface protocols: PCIe Gen5/6, 100G/400G/800G Ethernet, OIF CEI.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20%).
Nice to have
- Experience with electro-optical systems and optical transceiver applications.
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for test and characterization automation.
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure or hyperscale data center applications.
- Prior experience within a semiconductor IP organization.
