Staff Fullstack Engineer (DevXP)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to ideate, build, and launch features for the developer ecosystem.
• Build and ship high-quality software using modern practices, incorporating AI into your workflow.
• Design systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows for efficiency and innovation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and support production issues with Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and shipping web applications and developer tooling with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Hands-on API design and development experience, including library-level code.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot in workflows with strong prompt engineering.
• Strong communication, positive attitude, empathy for developers, and drive for improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hack and XHP.
• Experience with Java or Go.
• Experience with web analytics, SEO, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience building Slack Apps.
