Salary: $148,000 – $216,000 USD / 171,500 – 201,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and build high-quality features for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups.
• Use AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) as primary collaborators for spec creation, coding, and testing.
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices and playbooks for the organization.
• Develop across the full stack to deliver performant experiences to tens of millions of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building high-quality, consumer-scale software products.
• At least 1 year of experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android); Java, Kubernetes, and AWS experience are highly valued.
• Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and MCP/function calling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.
