What you will do
- Monitor VIP digital experience using Nexthink and tools to correlate endpoint, app, and network signals for proactive issue remediation.
- Shift team culture to proactive friction hunting and partner with Engineering, Security, and Ops for permanent fixes.
- Lead 24/7 white-glove support team for executives and VIPs as single point of accountability across all environments.
- Navigate matrixed organization to prioritize VIP needs in Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Security, and App teams.
- Plan, test, and execute high-stakes events like Board meetings, earnings calls, and town halls with rigorous health checks.
- Develop VIP Early Warning System with custom dashboards and alerts; deliver executive reporting on ecosystem health.
Requirements
- Hybrid in Stamford, CT (US); experience across office, home, travel setups.
- Demonstrated C-Suite technical advising with poise, translating complex issues into solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of M365, enterprise networks, security protocols.
- Expertise in high-stakes digital events execution (Board meetings, earnings calls).
- Matrixed organization navigation; custom dashboards/alerts for zero-downtime.
- Proactive IT culture shift using predictive tools like Nexthink.
