What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python, focusing on ERPNext/Frappe and distributed system components.
• Implement and maintain REST APIs and integrations between ERPNext, partner platforms, and downstream systems.
• Customize ERPNext/Frappe doctypes, workflows, permissions, and backend logic.
• Develop and support UI components using React to ensure seamless API integration.
• Create and execute unit, API, and regression tests to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues across full-stack layers.

Requirements

• Experience in software development using Python.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe for building and customizing business applications.
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs and building multi-tier applications.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and cloud services (AWS preferred).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
