What you will do

• Design and implement seamless connections between the platform and external ATS systems to ensure plug-and-play client experiences.
• Innovate and build bespoke internal tools to optimize user experience and internal workflows.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization using performance and error monitoring tools.
• Contribute to scalable solutions, write comprehensive tests, and perform thorough code reviews.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to associate team members and new joins.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with .NET (C#) and React.
• Solid proficiency with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience working on existing production systems rather than only greenfield projects.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Ability to handle technical ambiguity and evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition.
• Exposure to test automation practices.
