hirify.global is building a greenfield modernization effort to replace legacy spreadsheet-driven infrastructure capacity planning with a scalable, maintainable platform.

What you will do

• Architect and build a scalable platform for cloud infrastructure demand forecasting, including a web portal, RESTful APIs, and CLI.
• Implement complex, configurable workflow engines with SLA tracking, automated routing, and multi-stage approval chains.
• Develop demand normalization layers and hierarchical forecast aggregation across business units and geographies.
• Create executive dashboards with variance tracking and multi-format output (CSV, JSON, Excel).
• Integrate predictive analytics using time series analysis and ML-based demand prediction.
• Own security implementation, including SSO integration, granular RBAC, and complete audit logging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in enterprise-grade internal tools or forecasting platforms.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React/TypeScript.
• Proven experience migrating legacy systems (spreadsheets/fragmented portals) to modern web applications.
• Strong data engineering skills, including ETL pipelines and integration with data lakes.
• Experience with relational database design, query optimization, and enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC).
• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Chile and work PST hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of deep learning for time series (LSTM, Temporal Fusion Transformers, Prophet).
• Experience in infrastructure capacity planning or supply chain forecasting.
• Experience building CLI tools for API interaction.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk or Grafana.
