What you will do
- Manage full logistics for Perform summit: registration, communications, RSVPs, housing, and on-site check-in
- Coordinate internal team meetings and offsites with timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and workflows
- Handle trade shows and conferences: booth logistics, shipping, setup, teardown, and execution
- Design attendee experiences, theming, signage, and branded activations reflecting company culture
- Track event KPIs (attendance, leads, engagement), produce recaps, and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Serve as on-site host ensuring smooth operations and proactive issue resolution
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- Proactive communication: pick up the phone, ask questions, follow through independently
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple events across planning stages
- High attention to detail with timelines, trackers, and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Comfort in fast-paced, fully remote, globally distributed environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and event registration platforms
Nice to have
- Experience with trade shows, industry conferences, or executive summits
- Background in hotel operations or revenue management/hospitality tech
- Experience with Asana, Claude, or webinar platforms
