What you will do

• Join the Cloud Escalations Team to support a diverse range of multi-client environments.
• Provide hands-on technical administration and troubleshoot cloud-related issues.
• Manage high-level technical escalations to ensure system stability.
• Provide escalation coverage, including nights and weekends when necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have or be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator in a multi-client environment.
• Strong hands-on technical ability and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Ability to provide on-call escalation coverage (nights and weekends).
