What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global PLM system across multiple regions and time zones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define program objectives and deliverables.
• Build and lead a high-performing project team comprising internal staff, contractors, and third-party consultants.
• Oversee system integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring smooth data migration.
• Manage program financials and annual budgets ranging from $10M to $20M, with multi-year budgets exceeding $50M.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, specifically focusing on PLM implementations.
• Demonstrated success managing global or multi-site PLM initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of PLM platforms and their integrations with CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL.
