TL;DR

Dedicated Service Advisor (HRtech): Managing customer support inquiries and acting as a subject matter expert for payroll and benefits products with an accent on customer retention and proactive education. Focus on reducing churn, solving complex payroll issues, and leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office). Must be based in Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, New York, or Scottsdale.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and dedicated advisor for payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand business needs and identify churn risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product friction and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve research, communication, and compliance accuracy.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple high-priority resolutions to uphold customer trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer experience, including 1+ year in Payroll and 2+ years in account management.
  • Must be based in or near hirify.global office locations for hybrid work (2-3 days/week).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and Chili Piper.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex subjects.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in customer-facing roles with examples of efficiency gains.
