What you will do

• Partner with the EMEA Engineering COO team to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end projects, track deliverables, and ensure stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and visual narratives using advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Analyze operational datasets to build management dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and document workflows to suggest process optimizations.
• Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to support talent retention and division-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, COO support, or operations within technology or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
