What you will do

• Perform hands-on analysis using HPLC‑QTOF and HPLC‑QQQ instrumentation.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for complex chemical samples.
• Interpret mass spectra and perform structural elucidation to identify unknown compounds.
• Quantify trace analytes in varied extracts and prepare necessary samples and reagents.
• Troubleshoot instruments, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to laboratory SOPs.
• Communicate technical findings and data-driven recommendations to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry or related field, or Master's with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience.
• Industry experience using HPLC‑MS systems (QTOF or QQQ).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex mass spectra and identify chemical compounds.
• Proven experience developing analytical methods and solving technical problems.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agilent instrumentation and MassHunter software.
• Background in chemical, polymer, or materials analysis.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain analytical equipment.
• Experience analyzing trace compounds in complex or multi-component samples.
