Salary: $178,400 - $267,600

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to align objectives, deliverables, and milestone timelines.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, and resources while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure clinical evidence is scientifically valid and ethically conducted.
• Integrate pre- and post-market clinical strategies and evidence-generation plans into program execution.
• Coordinate clinical and regulatory deliverables to support approvals, labeling, and GCP compliance.
• Champion development best practices, including Voice of Customer and risk management, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is exclusively offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in the medical device industry covering new product development and sustaining engineering changes.
• Working knowledge of GCP and clinical trial compliance requirements.

• Experience managing product indication expansions and global market expansion initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing teams on process characterization and production ramp readiness.
• Strong track record of risk-based decision-making and driving meetings toward clear outcomes.
