What you will do

• Provide technical assistance to clinical study sites, serving as the bridge between engineering and the medical community.
• Support ablation procedures at investigational sites to guide physicians on protocol requirements and ensure data quality.
• Manage clinical research activities including identifying investigators, qualifying sites, and performing activation/closure duties.
• Collaborate with R&D to evaluate new product concepts and suggest modifications for existing devices based on field feedback.
• Provide real-time feedback to study management regarding study design and document development.
• Educate customers, sales partners, and internal clinical research talent on the underlying technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of experience in clinical research or field clinical engineering.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (sponsorship available exclusively for Principal-level roles and above).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Nice to have

• Training in electrophysiology and cardiac ablation devices.
• Experience in a Cath lab, biomedical engineering, or medical sales.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials.
• Prior experience working at hirify.global or within the medical device industry.
