Location: Hybrid in Tulsa, OK, US. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Salary: $18.00 - $24.70 per hour

What you will do
- Provide accurate information and support regarding customer accounts, products, and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Handle live chat, email communications, inbound calls, and occasional outbound calls.
- Communicate promotional offers and updates to VIP customers.
- Identify and provide feedback on service issues or customer concerns while maintaining data security.
- Meet daily performance targets of approximately 70 customer contacts and adhere to strict SLAs.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer support or call center experience preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and a typing speed of 90+ WPM.
- Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
