TL;DR

Player Support Representative (iGaming): Providing outstanding support to players by troubleshooting technical issues and managing multi-channel communications with an accent on customer happiness and operational efficiency. Focus on resolving technical problems across devices, maintaining SLAs for live chat and calls, and supporting VIP customers.

Location: Hybrid in Tulsa, OK, US. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Salary: $18.00 - $24.70 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide accurate information and support regarding customer accounts, products, and services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Handle live chat, email communications, inbound calls, and occasional outbound calls.
  • Communicate promotional offers and updates to VIP customers.
  • Identify and provide feedback on service issues or customer concerns while maintaining data security.
  • Meet daily performance targets of approximately 70 customer contacts and adhere to strict SLAs.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of customer support or call center experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and a typing speed of 90+ WPM.
  • Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
