What you will do

• Support onboarding by validating network access and ensuring end-user requirements are met for processing.
• Provide direct and indirect support for IT devices including hardware replacement, RAM upgrades, troubleshooting, software/hardware updates, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot devices when faults occur and document all faults and remediations.
• Monitor local ticketing system and helpdesk phones during business hours, submitting and closing tickets.
• Issue IT equipment to user groups and train them on proper usage.
• Patch machines and keep them updated with the latest patches.

Requirements

• The ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level
• Must possess Security+ certification
• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
