TL;DR

Senior FP&A Analyst: Provide foundational financial support to Distribution Solutions leaders including forecasting, budgeting, actuals reporting, and financial modeling with an accent on strategic analyses and decision-making. Focus on leading quarterly forecasts, ad hoc modeling, variance analysis, and expense management for over $1B in organizational expenses.

Location: Hybrid schedule, typically 1-2 days/week in office (US-based)

Salary: $70,434 - $95,294 per year

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business leaders on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead preparation of detailed budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Perform complex ad hoc analyses and modeling to identify business opportunities and cost reductions.
  • Manage monthly forecast reviews, variance analysis, and expense affordability for $1B+ portfolio.
  • Support resource investment analysis across project portfolios and initiative success metrics.
  • Prepare communications and lead meetings on business performance, KPIs, and investment insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance required; advanced degree or CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
  • 2+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or public accounting
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and modeling.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Critical thinking, handling multiple priorities, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence across organization levels.
