What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and implement solutions to prevent injuries.
• Deliver engaging safety training and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as safety advisor, build relationships, and foster a culture where safety is everyone's priority.
• Transform safety data into narratives to drive engagement and behavioral changes.
• Assist in emergency response and maintain care delivery in emergencies.

Requirements

• Must be available for flexible shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in EHS field OR Bachelor’s in relevant field OR 6 months safety role at hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel professionally.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality on security/personnel issues.
• Obtain First Aid, CPR, AED certification within 3 weeks if not held.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in safety-related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, and customer focus skills.
• Experience leading teams, analyzing accident data, job hazard analyses.
• Emergency response experience with First Aid/CPR certificates.
• Workers compensation case management experience.
