What you will do

• Own high-impact customer pipelines, making decisions that affect data quality, revenue, and margins.
• Design data taxonomies tailored to customer requirements to improve model performance.
• Build and optimize pipeline infrastructure for quality and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and manage dynamic global teams.
• Develop analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ops teams to drive advancements for the world's largest LLMs.

Requirements

• Degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and a deep understanding of Software Engineering processes.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams/projects or 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, ambiguous technical environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building systems from scratch.
• Compliance with United States labor laws and regulations.
