Salary: $135,700 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple AI, automation, and technology transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and operationalize AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and governance processes to enable scalable enterprise AI adoption.
• Define program goals, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms tied to adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Manage program budgets, delivery risks, and stakeholder alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
• Mentor junior consultants and develop repeatable playbooks for enterprise AI delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product delivery, or technology transformation in fintech or enterprise environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Program Management or AI delivery capacity.
• Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI agents, automation workflows, or AI-enabled operational solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, and copilots.
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• PMP, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Tableau.
• Background in consulting, financial services, or fintech industries.
