Location: Stone, Staffordshire (Hybrid working, 2 days a week in our Stone Office)

What you will do

• Partner with CPO to define and execute strategic plans for recurring revenue growth, margin expansion, and profitability for Matrix-Gemini LIMS.
• Develop data-driven business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and oversee lifecycle management from strategy to end-of-life.
• Monitor market trends, customer workflows, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Delivery) for execution, GTM enablement, and performance reporting.
• Ensure product features meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements through clear specifications and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in software products, ideally LIMS in life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Deep knowledge of LIMS market, laboratory workflows, buyer dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
• Expertise in modern product practices: business cases, outcome-driven roadmapping, prioritization, full development lifecycle.
• Proven track record launching or scaling commercial software products.
• Strong influence, leadership, communication for cross-functional alignment and executive engagement.
