Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct routine and post-precipitation stormwater inspections along active transmission line construction spreads and access roads.
• Monitor installation and effectiveness of erosion and sediment control BMPs (e.g., silt fences, wattles).
• Document site conditions through detailed field notes, photographs, and standardized inspection reports.
• Communicate corrective actions to construction personnel to ensure SWPPP and permit compliance.
• Prepare inspection reports for submittal to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Promote and adhere to a strong safety culture and client safety protocols in active construction environments.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed B.A. or B.S. degree.
• Must be based out of southwestern Wisconsin.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Company participates in E-Verify).
• Strong organizational, task management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
