DevOps Engineer I (AWS)

Location: Remote in Argentina or Mexico

What you will do

• Build small to medium-sized infrastructure components with Terraform and AWS.
• Maintain and debug CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Troubleshoot containerized environments, including Kubernetes pods and EKS networking bottlenecks.
• Use observability and logging tools to investigate system issues and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Test, document, and fix code across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, participate in team ceremonies, and communicate implementation status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Familiarity with Python, Go, or Bash and basic software development lifecycle practices.
• General knowledge of AWS cloud engineering and Docker/Kubernetes containerization.
• Ability to learn independently, follow through on challenging tasks, and validate AI-generated code for correctness and style.
