TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud/CI/CD): Designing, building, and optimizing scalable platform infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise technology solutions with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and security. Focus on architecting reproducible environments, conducting technology PoCs, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and improving system reliability and high availability.
Location: Brazil; remote home-office work

What you will do
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to define infrastructure requirements and design platform solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using automation-focused practices.
- Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Conduct proofs of concept for new tools, technologies, and operational methodologies.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and high availability.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and application issues while integrating security best practices and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Extensive DevOps experience focused on platform architecture and scalable infrastructure design.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Experience with PoCs, cloud and on-premise security practices, and cross-functional technical communication.
Nice to have
- Azure DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or other cloud and DevOps certifications.
- Software development or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Experience designing platform-level architecture and infrastructure strategies.
- Advanced experience with Azure-specific services and infrastructure.
