What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, preventative maintenance, and complex repair work on electro-mechanical systems.
• Execute emergency repairs and prioritize service tasks in coordination with the Support Scheduler.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, concise, and clear communication.
• Complete all required technical documentation and report product quality issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Education: Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Proven expertise with electro-mechanical and automated systems.
• Travel: Ability to travel on short notice within the UK and Europe, involving 10–12 days of overnight travel per month.
• Documentation: Valid Passport and driving license.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer focus and a proactive, flexible approach to workload management.
