What you will do

• Perform planned and preventative maintenance on radar systems and contribute to maintenance schedules.
• Provide on-site technical support to UK military personnel operating in-service systems.
• Handle installation, integration, and verification of radar systems and associated subsystems.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and repair across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, cooling, and power systems.
• Support software loading, configuration, and interfaces with Command and Control systems.
• Support trials, exercises, and operational deployments both in the UK and overseas.

Requirements

• Background or interest in radar, electronic, or other complex technical systems.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role demonstrating fault-finding in high-pressure environments.
• UK or Swedish citizenship.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance to SC level.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overseas deployment at short notice.

Nice to have

• ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Previous military experience.
• Experience delivering technical or instructional training.
• Experience working on engines or motor vehicles.
