What you will do

• Design and own the technical architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of AI-built data applications.
• Champion AI-assisted development methodologies ("vibe coding") to accelerate prototyping and delivery.
• Architect and manage cloud-based data infrastructure using Azure and Databricks.
• Oversee code management practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the data platform.
• Mentor and upskill internal teams on modern AI tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or application development.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf), LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong experience with React development.
• Familiarity with backend development and API integrations.
• Proven track record in technical leadership or mentorship roles.
• Portfolio of AI-built or AI-enhanced projects.
