What you will do
- Design and deliver advanced robotics perception and AI systems for industrial automation, healthcare, and autonomous platforms.
- Develop AI models using state-of-the-art technologies, including promptable and foundation models.
- Build robotics simulations with cutting-edge tools and deploy solutions to mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.
- Build and scale pipelines for reinforcement and imitation learning and integrate robotic systems with cloud services.
- Lead, grow, and mentor dynamic technical teams while overseeing the transition from prototype to production.
- Engage in technical pre-sales activities, workshops, and communication with C-level executives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience in C++ and Python, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
- Expertise in AI/deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), OpenCV, and ROS/ROS2.
- Deep experience in computer vision tasks: object detection, segmentation, SLAM, and point cloud/RGB-D data processing.
- Proven track record of deploying AI and CV models into production and working with complex open-source codebases.
- Advanced academic background (MSc or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
