TL;DR
Telephone Support Placement Year (Customer Support): Providing award-winning service and resolving client queries for an investment platform with an accent on compliance and service level agreements. Focus on managing high-volume inbound communication and maintaining professional client relations in a fast-paced financial environment.
Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Minimum of 60% of working time per month must be spent in the office. New starters will have an initial period of full-time office working.
Salary: £27,100 (pro rata)

What you will do
- Answer customer questions and resolve queries via inbound calls, emails, and secure messaging.
- Ensure all interactions are carried out in line with compliance policies and service level agreements.
- Provide professional and timely support across the company's full product range.
- Work within a fast-paced client services department to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be in the second year of a university sandwich degree.
- Minimum of a 2:1 grade achieved in the first year of study.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Previous experience in a call or contact centre role.
