What you will do

• Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety problem areas from strategy through execution.
• Design and scale operational workflows including enforcement models, review processes, escalation paths, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Policy, Engineering, Legal, and Go To Market teams to build scalable systems, tooling, and automation.
• Improve enforcement and advertiser support through frontline enablement, escalation paths, and automation.
• Drive operational readiness for new Ads launches, features, and markets by identifying risks and mitigations.
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks; contribute to cross-functional Ads T&S strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Monetization or Ads policy Operations, Trust & Safety, Business Integrity, or Risk Operations.
• Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems and advertiser risk.
• In-depth experience leveraging AI models or agent-based tooling in operational workflows.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and experience with Product, Policy, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams.
• Comfort using data and metrics; excellent communication to explain complex risks; ability to structure inputs for detection systems.
