Location: Hybrid schedule (40 hours/week, 2 days/week in office) from the Baltimore area, Maryland, United States
$20.00 per hour

What you will do
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows for back-office operations from concept to production.
- Build automated grant report generators pulling KPIs from Airtable.
- Develop Claude API-powered workflows for proposal development and business processes.
- Integrate HubSpot, HigherGov, and Airtable into a connected CRM and opportunity pipeline with alerts.
- Automate compliance, reporting, deadline tracking, and project monitoring.
- Document architectures and create SOPs for non-technical staff.
Requirements
- Current college student, recent graduate, or career changer in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Interest in AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI) via coursework, projects, or self-study.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Familiarity with Airtable or equivalent data tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar.
- Ability to document systems clearly for non-technical users.
- Ability to work full-time hybrid schedule from the Baltimore area.
