Salary: $160,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and grow a department of Technical Product Managers as POCs and SMEs for all low voltage power distribution products.
• Hire, onboard, train, and guide staff while aligning team capacity with prioritized product strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering to align activities with hirify.global strategy and advance PLM processes.
• Manage product maintenance with vendors, including obsolescence and redesign.
• Drive industrialization of new products via NPI engagement and operational readiness.
• Track staff performance, analyze data, and report on department efficacy for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in power distribution equipment industry, preferably switchgear.
• 2+ years in leadership role managing staff.
• Competency in low voltage switchgear design/manufacturing and standards (UL891, UL67, UL1558, ANSI C37.20.1, NEC/CEC).
• Strong collaboration, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.
