What you will do
- Own the OT Applications product portfolio, setting the vision, priorities, and multi-year enterprise roadmap.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing OT Applications team through coaching and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Cybersecurity to evolve application capabilities across multiple sites.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing strategies, and system integrators as extensions of the team.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management to ensure reliability in a 24/7 mission-critical production environment.
- Balance operational stability ("run") with modernization and technical debt reduction ("enhancement").
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Must reside in the Buffalo, NY area and work onsite at the East Aurora facility.
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership or people management.
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership.
- Proven success managing application portfolios, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to translate business and operational needs into technology outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to ERP, MES, or Quality Systems integrations.
- Certifications in product management, leadership, or service management (ITIL, Agile, Lean).
