  • Provide professional support and service to insurance members via phone and email.

  • Adhere to scheduled shifts while maintaining a secure and professional remote workspace.

Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be based in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or Ontario.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
