What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advisors, and consultants to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Interpret insurance contracts and financial agreements to address client and union-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to manage new group setups, online enrolment, and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions for Group Administrators.
  • Execute proactive service strategies to promote hirify.global’s services and technology.
  • Represent the company at finalist presentations, trade shows, and client events.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in group insurance with knowledge of health, dental, life, and disability plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and WebEx.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, occasionally overnight.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
