What you will do

• Manage business continuity document updates for industry and governance compliance.
• Create process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Develop relationships across organization to lead training and provide guidance.
• Coordinate governance oversight and incident management programs.
• Build mappings for technology recovery SLAs aligned with business impacts.
• Facilitate business impact analyses, risk assessments, and resilience exercises.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in business continuity, emergency management, or technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure, articulate solutions, and defend assumptions.
• Strategic and critical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivated, independent work.

Nice to have

• Intermediate experience with Jira/Confluence.
