What you will do

• Lead and scale Command Center operations across multiple teams supporting autonomous vehicle fleet.
• Define operational direction, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee real-time monitoring, dispatch, remote assistance, and incident response.
• Shape scalable operating models, governance, and escalation frameworks for safe operations at scale.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Safety, Engineering, and Business leaders.
• Establish metrics, monitor performance, and lead organizational development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in operations, logistics, transportation, or safety-critical environments
• 6+ years leadership experience, including leading managers and multi-level organizations
• Experience in risk management, scaling organizations, and operationalizing new technologies.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with strong business acumen and decision-making.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence, communication, and incident response skills.
• Ability to support 24/7 executive-level operational coverage as needed

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, aviation, military, or similar safety-critical operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Multi-region operational leadership and organizational transformation success.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and leadership development.
