What you will do

• Concept creative campaigns, social-first content, and product concepts that are fresh, unexpected, and on-brand.
• Lead small-scale creative projects from initial concept through final execution with increasing autonomy.
• Support photo and video shoots, managing pre-production, on-set direction, shotlists, and post-production notes.
• Produce high-quality visual assets and provide creative feedback to internal and external collaborators like photographers and stylists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with social, design, copy, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and maintain organized, up-to-date creative decks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or creative production within beauty, fashion, or culture-driven brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste and high-quality execution across visual systems, campaigns, and video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong skills in creating presentations using Keynote and Google Slides.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US health insurance benefits).
