What you will do

• Design email campaigns and digital assets from concept through execution, presenting work to clients with confidence.
• Build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across digital display, social, and CRM channels.
• Develop animated GIFs and motion assets that integrate seamlessly into digital and email experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, and developers to align design with overall strategy.
• Maintain high craft standards and design quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh thinking to precision marketing.

Requirements

• Conceptual art direction thinking combined with high-precision graphic design craft.
• Expertise in Figma, including the ability to work with systems and components.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop for video and animation.
• Mastery of responsive email design, including rendering quirks and segmentation.
• Experience with digital display, social, and OLV design, including DCO and platform optimization.
• Must be located in New York City for the hybrid work model.
